This one-of-a-kind, oceanfront home is perched on the tranquil shores of Beverly Beach, just minutes from downtown Flagler Beach. It's been thoughtfully decorated with a modern rock-and-roll theme, offering three floors of oceanfront living, exquisite views, balconies, and a brand-new heated pool/spa for the whole family to enjoy.
Take in beautiful sunrise, sunset, and moonrise vistas, and keep an eye out for sea turtles nesting in the cinnamon sand off your private walkway in August. Your backyard is a beach used only by locals, offering fantastic surf fishing and surfing.
Highlights of this home include a brand-new heated pool/spa, an open floor plan, an elevator that goes from the garage to the second floor, a main living area with 12' high ceilings and views of the crashing surf, and a well-equipped kitchen with generous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The home boasts two master en-suites, both with oceanfront views and one with a private balcony upstairs, two bedrooms, and two bonus rooms, which is great when vacationing with two families! The dining area seats eight (with extra seating at the breakfast bar). Downstairs, a bonus room with a sofa bed and daybed overlooks the fabulous new pool and spa. This is a great place where you can watch movies at night or let the kids hang out on their own.
Additional amenities include free WiFi, smart TVs in the living area and bonus room, eight beach chairs, 10 beach towels, four boogie boards, and a private charcoal grill. There is a full-size pool bath on the first floor along with a storage room with a refrigerator. There is also a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer on the main floor and two balconies on the third floor where you can see the sunrise and sunset. And, sixteen light chairs can be added to any outside seating area, with 2,000 square feet of deck space outdoors on the second and third floors. For the exercise enthusiast who has a lululemon MIRROR, feel free to hook up to the MIRROR in the bonus room on the first floor. Light weights are provided. There is also a telescope on the main floor!
Historic St. Augustine is about 30 miles north - a must-see with its rich history as the nation's oldest city, teeming with museums, tours, historical sites, and award-winning food. Just south is the family-friendly community of Flagler Beach, offering oceanfront restaurants, bars, and a fantastic farmers market on Fridays and Saturdays.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD65 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
